ECO hands-on ecology based lessons are aligned with the 2009 Oregon State Science Standards.  ECO Programs directly support and enhance existing curriculum and help teachers meet each of the four categories in the science standards: Structure & Function, Interaction & Change, Scientific Inquiry, Engineering Design

ECO Science Enrichment Programs aim to develop a sense of a place in students The goal is to inspire students by giving them the opportunity to explore, discover, and ask questions about the world around them so that they may recognize the value of their community and ecosystem.
